全球的经济萧条营造了许多不安的情绪。人心惶惶的担心自己是不是下一个被裁掉的职员。就谈油价吧！前阵子，国际油价曾经飙升到吓人（每桶１４７．２７美元），如今却滑落至跌破每桶５０美元。金融危机的影响，市场上对能源的需求恐怕会大幅度的减少。前几天ＣＮＮ才报道说Ｃｉｔｉｇｒｏｕｐ将裁５０，０００名员工、Ｓｕｎ　Ｍｉｃｒｏｓｙｓｔｅｍ也裁个６０００名员工等等。可见这次的经济风暴是多么的恶劣。今天溜到ＣＮＮ看了看，却又被我发现Ｃｉｔｉｇｒｏｕｐ的股也跌破４美金。哇佬！Ｃｉｔｉｇｒｏｕｐ可是世界最大的银行之一呢！根据如今世界经济的形势看来，美国在世界一哥的地位已经不如昔日了。反之，中国与印度已经悄悄赶上了。中国的经济似乎不受毒奶粉大威胁。今年6至8月份，英国的失业人数比前一季度增加了5.7%，这是17年来最高的季度增幅。而美国方面的失业率也大幅上升，一路走到九月初就已经失去了６０万个就业职位。
